Penguin utilizes licensed professional engineers to supervise major projects. We excel at the re-design and design of mechanical projects. Our skillful management leads us into the highly technical projects with demanding schedules. Often we team with architects and engineers to build projects while the design is still in progress. Through the provision of these services, our clients get their equipment running and move into office spaces faster than they had previously thought possible.

Penguin employs more than 150 technicians from 6 different union locals. We operate, maintain and service commercial mechanical systems and electrical power delivery systems. We bring expertise into the installation and design phases of our projects. This enables our clients to control the costs of their installations and develop a better understanding of how projects should be designed and the long-term costs involved.

Penguin's operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical facilities assures their maximum efficiency and reliability. Our unique combination of resident operating engineers and in-house service capabilities permits us to operate facilities with the least possible amount of outsourced services.
